We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • custom or personalized orders
  • earring
  • digital downloads
  • items on sale
  • gift cards

unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please send photos of the damaged item and packaging to hello@sachaandco.com when contacting us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received your goods and must also be in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs paid at time of original transaction are non-refundable. 

Kindly contact us with your return request within 14 days of receiving your product and before returning your product to us

Items for return must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. If this has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange - but email us anyways - we'll see if we can work something out!
